Welcome to a whole new world of filmmaking in South Africa. Here at Eternal Films, we are passionate about our work as we are constantly pushing the boundaries of what has never been done before. We follow the trails of many established filmmakers and industry standards but also dare to think outside of the box where there are no limits.
Our projects are designed to speak to an international audience and we use the latest technology that is available on the market to see it come to realization. In general, films produced in South Africa tend to lean towards drama only but there are many more genres to explore.
Eternal Film Productions (Pty) Ltd was established as an independent film production company and although our company is fairly new on the block, our founding members have passionately worked in the video/audio production industry for years. We strongly believe that by combining resources together with others, we not only create new opportunities in our country, but together we can reach even more. The sky is the limit!
Finally, we believe that our heavenly Father not only gives us the ability to dream, but also the ability to achieve our dreams and more.
MARIUS SWANEPOEL
COMPANY DIRECTOR
Marius Swanepoel is a musician and mainly worked in the broadcast and video production industry. He started his career in 1999 at a company that produced corporate production videos, worked as an audio engineer in a recording studio and in 2004 joined the broadcast industry where he worked until March 2013. Marius loves to absorb as much technical informatoon as possible in his field of work and will make his directorial debut in a new film production called "Reconnect".
DANA PRETORIUS

Dana Pretorius has been interested in film production since a very young age. He only realized that this dream was achievable when he started working as a camera operator in 2003. In 2007, he also started working in a video production studio and worked on various projects as an editor. His desire to work in film productions movated him to start his own production company in 2010. Since then Dana's main goal was to equip himself to see his lifelong dream come to fulfilment.
Dana has a passion for telling stories with pictures and believes that we can change the world to be a better place with the images that we create. He sees himself as a bit of a dreamer and will most definitely bring a lot of creavity to the table.
